2. Exchange Process

c. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us for exchange.
3. Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items

b. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Outfox Workshop LLC.
4. Exchange Restrictions
